BrineCell delivers complete, skid‑mounted thermal storage systems inside 20 or 40 ft open container frames. Choose the tank material that fits your climate and budget.

TWO MATERIAL OPTIONS

• Stainless steel tanks – For brine systems in freezing climates or higher temperatures (up to 75°C). Corrosion‑resistant, long life, industrial grade.
• HDPE tanks – For plain water systems in mild climates. More affordable, lightweight, chemically inert. Perfect for low‑ to medium‑temperature storage.

CONTAINER SIZES

• 20 ft frame – Ideal for smaller greenhouses, workshops, or distributed storage.
• 40 ft frame – Larger capacity for industrial process heat, district heating, or central storage.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN EVERY BRINECELL UNIT

All our systems are manufactured in‑house (Netherlands, Spain, Canada) and come fully integrated:

• Stainless steel or HDPE tank on a heavy‑duty skid
• Filters and centrifuges for clean operation
• Electrical control cabinets (besturingskasten) for automatic function
• Plug‑and‑play connections for heating elements, pumps, and heat exchangers

• Maximum storage temperature: 75°C (covers 80% of thermal storage needs)
• Usable temperature drop: 30–40°C
• Typical usable energy: 90–100 kWh per 1,000 liters (water)
• Fully vented, atmospheric pressure – safe and simple
