BrineCell gives you two simple, scalable ways to store thermal energy – in a container or as standalone tanks.
Option 1 – Containerised system
Turn a standard 20 or 40 ft shipping container frame into a powerful thermal battery. The tank is mounted on a skid inside the frame, fully prefabricated and ready to connect.
Option 2 – Standalone pallet tanks (IBC‑style)
Buy as many insulated tanks as you need – 500, 1000, or 1500 liters each. Each tank sits on its own forklift‑movable pallet. Scale up by adding more tanks. Connect them in parallel with simple hoses.
We match the tank material to your application and climate:
- For brine systems (freezing climates, higher temperatures) → Stainless steel tanks – durable, corrosion‑resistant, long life.
- For plain water systems (mild climates, cost‑sensitive projects) → More affordable HDPE tanks – lightweight, chemically inert, perfect for low‑ to medium‑temperature storage.
Both options work with any heat source (solar, electric, waste heat, heat pump) and any heat load (greenhouse, space heating, industrial pre‑heat). You add your own pump, controls, and connection – we deliver the thermal storage.
